International Shipping
We proudly ship to over 200 countries worldwide! While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, there may be some locations we are unable to service. If this applies to you, rest assured, we will reach out to inform you.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. Kazoku is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses as a result of errors made at checkout. However, if we mistakenly make an error with your shipment, we will take full responsibility and ensure a resolution at no additional charge.
Customs
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred once your items have shipped. By placing an order, you agree that your packages may be subject to customs duties when they arrive in your country.

Max delivery time: 20 business days. Please remember, these estimates do not include our processing time of 1-3 days and may also exclude potential customs delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that on occasion, tracking information may not be immediately available due to free shipping services.
Tracking says "No Information Available"?
Sometimes, shipping carriers take 1-5 business days to update tracking information in their systems. If your order was placed over 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you requested combined shipping.
